Semi-Private Training
Semi-private training is the best option for those looking for individualized coaching and programming but enjoy having the comradery of training partners to help motivate and encourage them along the way. Small groups of 2-3 still provide the opportunity for individualized coaching while in the company of other likeminded athletes.
