Workouts with Leah at AXIOS Training & Performance are always a highlight of my week. As a former college athlete, I have trained with many coaches over the years, but I have never been more inspired to work as hard as I do than during my sessions with her. Leah takes the time and care to know you as an athlete and as a person. She helps you set goals that are challenging, both physically and mentally, and she puts a great deal of thought into her programming. I highly recommend Axios Training & Performance. I have had the good fortune of training with both Matt and Leah respectively over the last 8 years. They are both very dedicated and knowledgeable fitness experts who are motivating and supportive.
